1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

4. Free Shipping

Orders over $20 qualify for free standard shipping, excluding accessories. Free shipping is only available within the contiguous United States.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at info@veritycollectives.com or 720-507-8855. We are committed to resolving delivery discrepancies promptly. Please note that all non-receipt claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date. Due to carrier tracking limitations, we are unable to provide assistance or offer resolutions for inquiries received after this 30-day period. We will work to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
